    Hello,

    I created an app on Azure but even id the test works, after some hours I get

    “Authentication expired. Please reconnect your Outlook account.”

    No button for reconnecting.

    I got this on different sites with the same plugin end different emails.

    Maybe your plugin doesn’t manage the refresh token?

    I noticed the resend option in the failed email list, but the message is blank, so i cannot resend the email failed using the previous version of the plugin. Is this fixed in the new release? Thanks!

    Hello @web4people,

    Yes, this is a new feature introduced in the latest version of the plugin. It allows you to manually retry sending failed emails.

    However, please note that emails which failed to send in previous versions will not include the message body, so they cannot be resent with content. The ability to store the message body for failed emails is only available starting from the current version.
