Well, as it’s not said that it should work on multisite, I don’t understand your rating: do you give a bad note to ALL plugins that don’t do what you need ?

Multi-site is a core feature of WP and it’s implied that a plugin should work with it. If it would have a bug tracker I would have raised a bug, but for software that do not have a bug tracker, I do use other means to give feedback.
There is a lot a plugins that don’t work on multi-site – depending of their functions. It’s often said in description when it works in multi-site – or not. So I’m not so upset as you.
But did you contact the developper ?
