Yes, they don’t support it anymore. They informed us early buyers a couple of years ago that they stopped. It’s really annoying.
Please do not believe false information about this plugin not being maintained. As the Support and Development Manager for this plugin I can categorically state that we continue to develop and support this plugin. This company has never sent any emails out or made any public statement to the contrary. If you have read something that contradicts this then I can promise you it is false and it did not come from us.
Also, this plugin works perfectly on PHP 5.4. We run this plugin on servers that are running on PHP 5.4 and we have lots of users who run this plugin without any problems on PHP 5.4.
I don’t see anything anywhere the resembles the most basic documentation of how to use the shortcode.
The search form is built into a table — how archaic.
Perhaps some documentation on search_form_type as a shortcode value would explain how to get away from using silly old tables.
