doesnt work with square images

had problems with uploading images, probably because of php memory limit.
this plugin made image upload work just fine, other plugins like imsanity didn’t solve this problem.
but when i tried to upload a square cropped image, upload failed. Same image with different ratio, edited with same software and same settings, uploaded just fine.
