Doesn’t work with variations

    Hi,

    I’ve seen a similar topic but an update has been released since.

    I’ve a product named Arctique with a French and English Version.
    This book should be available in Europe but not in the US and Canada.

    As you can see, We can only select the english version but the french variation doesn’t show up.

    Woocommerce is set to get the geolocation with cache support (Wp rocket).
    CBR settings are set to display the product everywhere except Canada and USA.
    The detection is correct since the debug mode shows I’m located in France.

    I don’t know what could be the problem

    Hi @pardaigle,

    Can you send me a screenshot of Geo-Restrictions of the product data tab of this product and Also, check this setting in a variable product data tab and make sure their not set any country in Geographic availability.

    Note: Please make sure all screenshots in the English language(If that possible).

    My settings right now :

    Geo-restriction on the product tab = Excluding Selected countries (Canada, United States)

    Geo-restriction on the French Variation of the book : Excluding selected coutnries (Canada, united States)

    Geo-restriction on the English Variation of the book : Excluding selected countries (Canada, United States)

    I didn’t udnerstand what you’ve said on set any country in Geographic visibility

    Can you configure like a below the setting:

    Geo-restriction on the product tab = Excluding Selected countries (Canada, United States)

    Geo-restriction on the French Variation of the book: Visible for all countries( Remove all countries )

    Geo-restriction on the English Variation of the book: Visible for all countries(Remove all countries )

    Then, after save settings check it. And, Let me know if you need any further assistant.
