WPMU doesn’t exist anymore, it was rolled into WordPress proper as of version 3.0. I’m not sure what setup page you’re referring to.

well i ment the settings-page from this plugin
i am running it onm a multi site with this option in mine wp-config.php
define ( ‘BP_ENABLE_MULTIBLOG’, true );
this means that that bp is enabled for each blog in mine network.
but the settings pages doesnt show up in any of those blogs or network-admin page
Hmm, hopefully somebody else would be able to shine light on this better than me. I’m not really familiar enough with BuddyPress to answer. In the mean time, try asking your question at http://buddypress.org/community/groups/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
