doesn't work/options not available

I created a feed, but it pulls up an error page as not found (http://henschelhausbooks.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-product-feed-manager-support/feeds/Google.xml).

I tried looking at your installation guide. It is all screen shots. I can’t find anywhere to add a license key, nor are there any written directions. WHERE do I find a place to add a key?

Is this plugin just totally broken and unusable?
