doest this pluggin create the thumbnails?

hello

i would like to know if this pluggin creates the 150×150 thumbnails for the realted posts images or if it needs wordpress to have activated its option to create a thumbnail of that size automatically?

IF the pluggin creates it, does it create a thumbnail for every uploaded picture or just for the one used to display in the related posts area?

I just deleted one of the 150×150 images used by the pluggin to show a related post from my server and it is still showing in my template after emptying the cache
