    I have created a coupon and set the minimum spent to $100 condition. I’m trying to add products to the cart that are worth more than $100 but I can’t use the coupon, it says: “The minimum spend for this coupon is $100” this error is displaying for all the coupons where I set a minimum spent. Any idea what is going on?

    I performed 3 tests, as below:

    1)I put only 1 product and its variations … so it works perfectly …
    2) Another simulation was Selecting all products with the same rule as in item 1 … in this case the coupon does not accept the minimum amount (it is impossible to place all variations of all products). .

    3) We insert the same product as item 1 only with the product without variations and the rule is not followed …

    We concluded that the coupon works only for simple products and when we put all the variations of the respective products and this is extremely insane, it is impossible to do this for 1000 products.

    The minimum value rule works only for product variations … we would like this to be resolved as soon as possible …

    Are you using the vendor coupon feature? The vendor coupon is a Dokan Pro feature hence we are unable to discuss it here. ww.wp.xz.cn forum rules do not allow us to discuss any features other than what Dokan Lite offers.

    Hello … Thanks for guiding me … In the case I use Dokan Business, but the coupon is related to any DOKAN … so, I believe you can help me …

    As you have Dokan Business you have more rights to contact through support as you are actually paying for that 🙂

    Dokan’s vendor coupon feature is only available on the paid versions so it is better to discuss that there otherwise others can be confused thinking Dokan Lite has this feature.

    We will surely take care of the problem on the ticket.

    The ticket number is # 476197 …
    Unfortunately all the problems I have are related to DOKAN …
    Every time dokan updates the database we have problems (I don’t think the integration with woocommerce is being done correctly) …
    Some models work and suddenly stop working …
    NOTE: You do answer the tickets according to the SLA, but they do not solve my problem even if I send images and full descriptions …
