I am also looking for this feature but as per my investigation, it is not possible. You need to use the split payment system which will be available on your payment gateway. Check the Stripe payment gateway and you need one more plugin to identify your every seller while receiving and splitting the payment.
You may check the third-party plugins on the dokan official website for this requirement.

Unfortunately, it is not possible for seller to configure their own payment gateway. You can use adaptive payment gateways like Stripe or Wirecard that support split payment. With this, the seller should be able to get their earning directly on their account.

How does the seller get their payments otherwise without using those things u mentioned?

When you are using other payment methods, the admin account will get the whole payment as a normal WooCommerce order does. Dokan will keep the calculation and show the vendor their balance. They can request for a withdrawal and admin will then approve + send the money manually to the vendor’s preferred method.
