    We are using the Dokan sidebar but with various issues.

    1. The text in the category section is overly squeezed because of the scroll bars on the right-hand side. Is there a way to remove these scroll bars? We’ve reached out to Blocksy theme support for assistance but haven’t found a solution. Interestingly, on a Mac computer, the scroll bars disappear, making the text appear fine. However, this isn’t the case on a PC. Another option is to use a smaller font or font size??
    2. On a mobile device, it is extremely difficult to click on the small arrow to see the subcategories. You have to zoom out to make it bigger to click it. Is it possible to make the whole text clickable?

    Hi @henlau

    It looks like there might be a conflict between the Dokan and the site theme or another plugin. To troubleshoot this, please try the below-described steps.

    • Please deactivate all plugins except the Dokan, Dokan Vendor Dashboard, and WooCommerce.

    If the above method doesn’t resolve your problem, go for the next.

    • Switched to any default theme like Twenty Twenty or Storefront.
    • Clear your site cache as well as the browser cache and try the process again.

    If the problem gets resolved, it can be said that there’s a conflicting theme or plugin on your site.
