Domain Addon Question

I installed wordpress on a new hosting account for my website without having a domain for the account registered yet. I plan on registering a domain, but I have a few questions.

I installed wordpress using the accounts server ip:(http://50.87.152.104/~exampleaccount/)
When I view the source it all of the code refers to http://50.87.152.104/~exampleaccount/

For example:
<script type='text/javascript' src='http://50.87.152.104/~exampleaccount/wp-content/plugins/form-maker/js/main_front_end.js?ver=3.7.1'></script>

My questions are, will this create SEO ranking issues?… Two domains competing against eachother? Is there a way to update the code? Or does wordpress do this automatically?
