    I try to authenticate my domain but keep getting error message: “
    Incorrect value detected. Please remove the text highlighted in red: dkim1.sendingservice.net.spreeacker.de

    I’ve added the 2 CNAME and the 2 TXT records in my DNS.

    CNAME are set as follow: Name: mailpoet1._domainkey and Value: dkim1.sendingservice.net

    I’ve entered the following value as name: mailpoet1._domainkey.spreeacker.de, but after saving the new record, the domain name is stripped from the name; so remain: mailpoet1._domainkey

    I’ve already got an Email from Mailpoet saying that Mailpoet is now sending my emails. I’ve made a test email in wordpress, mailpoet, but it’s not beeing sent.

    I really don’t know what to do…

    Thank you for your quick reponse and your help.

    I did as you told me.

    I first removed the 4 records from my DNS.

    Then I’ve recreated the 4 records without the domain name (spreeacker.de).

    But I still can’t authenticate my domain.

    I’m still getting the same error message…

    That’s why I’ve contacted you; I’ve read your documentation to solve the problem myself but it didn’t helpped.

    What to do?
