    Hello,

I have purchased PPOM pro & Add-on Domain Checker.

I have no idea how to install Domain Checker, no docs on how to do this.

    Please could you advise.

Also could you send me PPOM Meta import template? I am unable to find this. When I click export it shows a json file?

If you have purchased it you should be able to download it from your client account at https://clients.najeebmedia.com/login/.

You might have to reset your password in order to sign in. Use your paypal email address as your account username.

Thanks for getting back to me, installed and working.

    My next questions (sorry):

I am using woocommerce subscriptions with your module, some of the services I offer need to be paid monthly/yearly. I noticed when your module is enabled the price does not show this on the product page, here is an example:

    Not showing on product: http://prntscr.com/ol3dbq
    Shows OK on basket: http://prntscr.com/ol3ej3

Is there a way I can solve this?

Also when using subscription and your module, when I set a price for subscription and use your module add on (with additional price) I want to charge the monthly price (product price) and use your module for add-ons for initial signup (not recurring) is this possible?

    Thanks
    Billy

FYI – I don’t work for Najeeb Media. I use their plugin like you do so it’s not my plugin. I just help out from time to time when I can.

A PPOM meta import template would be in JSON format. Basically you need to just use the admin interface under WooCommerce -> PPOM Fields and add your fields manually.

For some reason, the JSON import / export uses a lot of "‘s instead of actual quotation marks based on how they performed the export / import function. There is supposed to be a CSV export for PPOM PRO but I haven’t seen it in action yet.

I’m not too familiar with the use of this plugin with WooCommerce subscriptions but I suspect the culprit lies within the ppom.price.js file. It’s a universal script that updates the #ppom-price-container. I don’t think it takes subscriptions into consideration when generating the prices and text for that table. You might try activating the Enable Legacy Price Calculations under the PPOM settings to see if that works for you.

PPOM settings are located at yourdomain/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=ppom_settings

Again, I’m not too familiar with how this plugin operates in conjunction with WooCommerce subscriptions. You might try adding a meta field with a fixed fee only. I’m not entirely sure that will work but it’s worth a try.
