Domain Key issue

    Rapport number ZJNGWAPR

    Error: There was a problem with retrieving your Domain Key

    The json file is giving an 401 and sometimes a 403 error. Disabled all plugins, there’s no firewall or security system.

    Please help.

    I don’t see any error from our side , it just looks like the request was not even made to our server

    please try request it again , I will check log again.

    please try this

    go to toolbox -> debug setting -> set debug to ON , debug level to advanced , debug include URI, add 

    gen_key
    token

    save

    go to toolbox -> log view , clean up any existing log

    then click “in afwchting van goedkeuring” as in your screenshot

    wait for 10 minutes, go to log view again , copy paste the log it generates and share it to me via https://pastebin.ubuntu.com/
