Domain level user approval

    I have a requirement that I need to allow three variations of users for user management.
    1. Traditional user registration
    1. Traditional user registration and with approval required
    2. Traditional user registration auto-approval and auto-rejection based on domain (gmail.com, microsoft.com)

    is there a good plugin to achieve this?
