Domain mapping problem

Attempting to move wordpress.com to self-hosted and I now seem to have a problem with the domain masking I was using to cover wordpress.com

This now appaers to be stopping me accessing admin at mydomain.mywordpressblog.com

Can anyone help? 🙂
