Domain problem, please help me!

I made a page http://77.240.19.12/~aikuis/ and registered a domain http://www.aikuisrippikoulu.fi

When i try to put http://www.aikuisrippikoulu.fi as the domain for my page, it has some sort of redirect on, that I can’t find anywhere. It redirects to http://www.evl.fi

I asked my host, that the domain routing should be correct. I’ve tried to change the domain accordingly: http://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Changing_The_Site_URL

Nothings changed. Please help me, if you know a solution.
