  • Hi Elisa,
    Make sure the following database tables are fully migrated:
    * wp_posts
    * wp_amd_zlrecipe_recipes
    * wp_options

    Please let us know if you have any further questions

    Hello, I am having the exact same issue. I have transferred domains but none of my recipes transferred. I am not familiar with how to access/make sure the database tables are migrated? How do I do this?

    Thank you.

    Hi JosiDenise,
    Your best bet is to have the company that handled your migration check for those database tables. If you are doing it yourself, you will need to make yourself acquainted with phpmyadmin. We are unable to provide support on how to use phpmyadmin
    but this blog post provides a database migration walkthrough http://www.techrepublic.com/blog/smb-technologist/import-and-export-databases-using-phpmyadmin/ and may be useful.

    Best of luck!

    sorry for bringing up an old thread.
    i’ve imported those databases but don’t have any ingredients or directions. the art, recipe title name etc are there but nothing else.
    any ideas?

    Hi Rickersred,
    Sorry to hear you are having problems. You may want to try reinstalling and migrating those tables again. Do you have a tech person who can help you? The art, recipes, and title names are part of the same table as ingredients and directions so it’s a bit odd to have one and not the other. Let us know how it goes.
    Thanks

    thanks for your reply. i am a techy but have never done database work. i’m using mysql workbench to export/import. i’ll setup the plugin again and let you know how that goes.

    update:
    i’ve exported the tables and that looks good. the posts still have no images so i recreated the media library. it’s a new site so not much in there but i’d have to find another solution if it had a large library.
    thanks for your help.

    Where do I put the databases on the new install?

    Ok, figured it out.
