From what I see, the first and the second previews are almost identical, although formats are different due to the site’s card formats. Which app is the second preview from?

Platforms are teams and slack app.
The contents are both different. my question is, is there something we can standardise the URL preview across all platforms?

Usually, social media websites use the metadata you provide to create the URL previews. You provided the title, description and an image, and every website uses this data and creates a card using its own layout. The image sizes and ratios used by different sites are different. If the image you provide does not have the aspect ratio expected by the site you are sharing to, it is cropped. That’s why the image looks different on each.
Your Teams snippet has different information probably because the data there hasn’t been updated yet.
