    Hi Team,
    We are using “Contact Form 7” app for our contact us pages on website. Recently our website upriver.in got hacked and on recovering the website we stopped receiving any leads from this form. On checking with developers, they informed that the app team has blacklisted our domain upriver.in emails.
    Can you please help getting our domain whitelisted because we are losing business leads because of this. Currently, we are using our personal gmail emails to get leads but that is not the way to go ahead.

    On checking with developers, they informed that the app team has blacklisted our domain upriver.in emails.

    Why don’t you just ask them to revert back this?

    How to do this? I’m not sure. I couldn’t find how to reach out to support team other than this forum? Can you please guide me through this

    Sorry, but I’m not sure what you are talking about. Who is the “team” you are trying to reach out? I thought it was your colleague or someone.

    So I am trying to get my domain whitelisted in the “Contact Form 7” app. My developers said that they cannot do this as this is controlled by the “Contact Form 7” app. So I am looking to get this issue resolved. I hope this clarifies the situation.

    Contact Form 7 is a contact form plugin for WordPress, and it has nothing at all to do with your whitelist thing (for email domain? whatever).

    Okay, but for some reason as i mentioned earlier we are not getting any emails post form submissions. Whereas, when we submitted our personal gmail ids we are getting all email submissions.
    And our official emails are working fine otherwise.
