Hi there,
In the Form Edit screen, it’s the field below the “Display Style”. Once you select “Yes” you can customize the text for that option. Here’s a screenshot:

I meant have both a multi level donation and a custom amount option at the same time. I want to have four standard options plus a custom amount as the 5th option. Is that possible?
Yep, just choose the Multiple Level option, then create your levels, then also set the Custom Amount to “Yes”. That’s how this form is set-up:

I’ve done exactly that, multiple times. When I have the multiple level donations and choose “yes” to custom amount, all that comes up are the standard level donation amounts.

Ya, that’s all I needed. I don’t see any visible errors and the Custom Field is definitely not appearing correctly. Please email me at [email protected] and we’ll go from there.

I’m having this same issue. Is there a quick way to center the form and/or make the container wider? I’ve tried several bits of CSS but nothing has worked.

Hi Matt,
It appears that the release on July 22 did not fix the issue I’m having – when I turn off the feature image there is still a huge space on the left side of the page where the image would be. I would like the form to fill in that blank space.
