Donation Form

I have been waiting for Release 4.0 before implementing Seamless Donations for a church site. It will be used for logged in users only (we use Ultimate Member plugin). Three requirements that I don’t see how to implement:
– Add custom fields to the donation form (e.g. Member Envelope #)
– Set field defaults for fund, amount, etc.
– set some donor attributes to logged in user attributes (e.g. name, address, phone number, envelope #)

Am I missing an obvious way to do this? If not, are these planned capabilities in the near future?
