Hi Alex,
I have replied to your support ticket.
I am getting this same message. What can I do about it?
Hi mibunting,
Do you mind rolling back to our old version (https://www.dropbox.com/s/6r8n8b4wvfte32r/all-in-one-wp-migration.2.0.5.zip?dl=0) while we are working on the new version to resolve such issue?

Using ver 4.4 of the the plugin, and WP 4.3.1by Bitnami hosted on EC2/Amazon.
I get “Done creating an empty archive.” This plugin works on all my other sites. I created the storage directory and set perms to 777. What do I need to do to make the plugin work?

that works great, thank you
You are very welcome, Brian!
Same problem. After a few hours of failed export attempts, I found this post, downgraded my plugin on the dev server and now the export works. Do I need to downgrade on the server where the import takes place also, or is the new version ok for that?
Hi sslattery,
Please make sure to use the same version (old one) on your imported site.
Hi Pim,
I’ve installed and activated the version 2.0.5, it is listed on my installed plugin list, but I can’t find it on the right hand side menu. How do I access it?
Edit: I’ve typed the direct link URL that I was accessing for the updated version (…com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=site-migration-export) and it just finished it. 19,2 MB in total. Finger crossed it is all there.
Thanks
Thank you so much, criscmaia,
That is exactly how the old version works for users who cannot see the plugin menu on their dashboard.
The reason why you do not see our plugin on your dashboard is because of the overlapping indexes – our old version might have the same index as another plugin of yours, and WordPress can only show 1 plugin with the same index.
Our later and current version have already resolved the problem.
Hi!
I’ve updated to the latest version 4.9 and I still get the message.
I was having the same issue and rolling back to the old version worked like a charm, thanks!
I am glad the old version worked for you, Shannon.
