Done State only cancel by admin?

    Im interested in the Kanban Option.
    If using this Kind of project management, is it possible that a Team member puts a task into a “done-” or “released-state” and then only a Team Admin can cancel this State if he considers it not done yet?

    Hi @fantasmo

    Yes, team member can puts a task into a “done-” or “released-state” and yes manager can change this state if he considers it not done yet.

    The default boards will not contain any of your existing tasks. Either you will have to select tasks from the existing tasks using the “+” button or you will have to create new tasks using the “Add New Task” option to bring them on the boards. After that, you will be able to drag and drop the tasks among the boards.
