Donor dashboard iFrame issues

    Hi, we’re trying to enable the donor dashboard for our site and have run into some issues.

    Currently, only the iFrame loader is shown with the spinner animation.

    In the console there appears the warning: give.js:1 [iFrameSizer][Host page: iFrameResizer0] IFrame has not responded within 5 seconds.

    I can see the dashboard by deleting the loader and setting visibility: visible on the iFrame, but then the height of the iFrame is not set correctly by the iFrameResizer and the page is still unusable.

    I’ve read all the docs and related support tickets. We’re using Cloudflare but rocket loader is disabled and I’ve also added a page exclusion for www.pawsinwayanad.org/*?give-embed=donor-dashboard
    All cache and lazy loading plugins have been disabled.

    Multistep donation iframes are loading without an issue.

    Any ideas what the problem might be?

    Hi @plesof ,

    You came to the right place, I’m happy to help you resolve that.

    I checked your donor dashboard and I saw some console errors aside from the warning that you mentioned.

    Based on your website’s code, I see that you are using Divi.

    In our past cases, Divi’s “Defer jQuery And jQuery Migrate” and “Smooth Scrolling” has thrown the jqueryParams is not defined error.

    Can you disable them first to rule them out? If the dashboard is working after disabling them, we can work on the script exclusions thereafter.
