    Hi,

I contacted you almost 3 years ago with the same problem. I’m starting to build my website again and unfortunately the problem is still there… I’m thinking of becoming a Give premium customer in the future, but first I need to solve this problem… so that I can test Give in good conditions before taking out a subscription.. Without solving this problem I can’t finish my site and can’t really test your Give plugin..

For the debug phase, I was radical, I deployed a new WordPress v6.5.2 installation “in production”, I installed “no plugins”, except for the installation of “Give donation v3.7.0” and the problem is still present… I don’t have any caching system, it seems to me that the problem is deeper and results, I think, from a conflict with my theme premium (Oni – Photography v1.3.9 / you can found on google search: Oni – Photography by GT3themes)

I use the shortcode [give_donor_dashboard] on the donor dashboard page, when I open the page I have a white module with a green loading circle that goes on forever …. In the google development console (with cache deactivated), I only get a “GET https://monsite.fr/test/?give-embed=donor-dashboard&accent-color=%2368bb6c 500 (Internal Server Error)” error. Despite my debug constants: define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true); define(‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true); I can’t get any more information … If need be, I’ll provide you with the site address, but in private…

Can you please help me solve this long-standing problem so that I can finally test your plugin under the right conditions and finish integrating it into my site? Thank you in advance for your help. Best regards.
