Okay i need some help sometimes when a person buys something from me with paypall Ideal i dont get the money and order but the person that brought from me did paid the money so what did go wrong?

It sounds like what I describe in this thread applies here as well.
When there is no WooCommerce order, it means the buyer did not complete the payment process and most like oversaw or ignored the error message they were presented on the Checkout page.Have you tried the APM payment flow with a sandbox account connected?
The sandbox is the best way to ensure the integration works as expected on your site without moving any real funds.Kind regards,

Yeah the thing is i got a message from him that he did pay so then he did pay and didnt miss any error’s I tested In deed with sandbox and i got real orders but 2 times a person brought something (same person) and then i didnt get the orderKind regards

The money may have left the buyer’s bank account (as it’s a push payment method), but it will be returned unless PayPal captures the payment within three hours.
So, for example, a bank statement showing the money leaving the account doesn’t mean much.
The only relevant thing is the funds on your PayPal merchant account. When the funds are captured, PayPal will immediately provide them to your account.
The payment is only captured when the WooCommerce order is created, though. So when no WooCommerce order is created, it’s fairly safe to assume the buyer did not get to theorder-receivedendpoint.
Consequently, after completing the payment in the popup window, the buyer must have been returned to the Checkout page, which is usually accompanied by an error.I am unsure if PayPal supports all APMs on all devices. Usually it shouldn’t be a problem. But the error “Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time” is thrown within the PayPal interface and is not directly caused by the plugin.

So HOW like my paypal is connected right and then its a whole other number and like some other people did the same but they got the orderr right-

I suggest removing your IBAN from the message above.
Your bank details are irrelevant in this process as PayPal receives the payment on your behalf. Once PayPal confirmed the capture of the funds, they will immediately appear on your merchant account.To better judge what could be causing this issue for you, we are interested in a copy of your WooCommerce system report, and your latest PayPal Payments log files.

The conversation continues in our internal support system, so I will close this thread for now.
But the next plugin update later this month will also implement a new webhook that should improve the behavior for APM orders if PayPal didn’t end up capturing the payment.
The shop should then be notified and appropriately create/update the order.Kind regards,
