• This is one crappy piece of software. So many mini issues.
Just dont get it. Its a real pain in the ass.

    Some Examples:
Single Product Page: You dont have delivery time, freight etc.
My Account: Layout just working for some of the bulletpoints and breaking on others.
General: You cant use the widgets normaly in Elementor you need to use Shopengine templates wich overright the normal page. (Oh boy this can bring you in some real trouble.)

All in all is this Plugin limiting me in so many ways that Im not going to use it anymore even with a lifetime license.

    Stay away.

  • Helllo @solidsteam ,

We are extremely sorry that you had this experience with our plugin. But let me clear some facts for you.

    1. You already knew that those features aren’t available in our plugin. You can make a feature request on our plugin roadmap and we will try to add those feature in our future update. But you have given 1 star for the feature we don’t have in our plugin! So, I recommend that you make feature request from here.

    2. For default Woocommerce’s pages the bullet point shows fine as expected like a list. If you have any custom plugin that will add some new navigation menu that can break the layout. Which is not our plugin issue at all. However, we recommend to contact our support center and we will check this issue properly. If the issue is generating from our plugin or we can provide custom solution for you quickly then we will provide the step by step process about the solution to you.

    3. ShopEngine is a template based Woocommerce page builder plugin. So, you can build beautiful Woocommerce pages with the help of Elementor. Elementor’s Pro version allows you to edit the Woocommerce pages directly but ShopEngine doesn’t work like that as our plugin isn’t a page builder. You can build a template and that will replace the design of the Woocommerce page template that you choose before building the template. That is why our plugins widgets are not for global use. The related widgets will be shown as per template.

But this is optional. If you don’t want to use the ShopEngine template you can just use the default Woocommerce page. It depends on your choice.

Please contact our support center if you need further assistance or any clarification. We will be glad to help you.

    Regards,
    Benjir
