• I had it running for free for a period with no problems. When contracting the premium service, it was constantly having incidents. After a month I decided to deactivate it and request a refund that never came.

    @jdembowski after using the premium services for 2+ months, this review author have intentionally created new account today & threatening with a negative click bait review.

    We do have a dedicated premium support forum and highly dedicated support team if customer is facing any issues or need help with our premium solutions.

    That’s great. I’m happy that you provide customers with a dedicated site that way.

    But what does that have to do with anything here in this review?

    When you upsell on this site, and you do, while you cannot and must not ever support customers on this site, reviews about that experience is perfectly valid here on this site.

    Totally allowed:

    • Users leaving a review about their experience when a hosted plugin on ww.wp.xz.cn upsells

    It’s pretty simple and this review is feedback about the user’s experience.

    I’m not going to get into he said/we said and as 1 star reviews go this one is pretty tame. if someone is somehow planning a campaign against you then this is not that.

    In the future do not label a review as “Spam” again. If anything choose “Other” and briefly explain what your problem is in the text field that shows up.
