So you’re not seeing anything in regards to emails until you’ve logged in and already seen that there are people to approve/deny, but emails are being sent out to the users themselves after that?

Hi Michael,
Yes, but just now I tested it again and I noticed that I recieve only an email after the submitter activated his/her account. If they don’t do that, I will not recieve a nottification. So I think that’s the reason.
P.s. When/how can I put html in the massages, so they look more need?
Well, the way the plugin works, or at least SHOULD BE working, the user gets the activation email and can activate, but they won’t be able to access the BuddyPress areas until an admin approves them. They get part-way in, aka into the WP level, but not the BP level.
I believe I have some filters around the part for email contents in our development copy, but I still need to refine it all for a new release. A big part will be bbPress support, but not done yet, so no release yet. I need to find more time for this plugin 🙂
