Hello @r2jmail
It looks like you used another plugin to install the SSL certificate. For our plugin to install a new SSL certificate you would need to delete your existing SSL certificate and make sure your website is http instead of https. After that, go through the setup process and the plugin will generate and install the SSL certificate.
Done the same, Error after clicking NEXT on Step 3:
Failed to detect a valid SSL certificate. Your website can take a few minutes to recognize the SSL certificate. Please try again after some time. If it still fails, you have not installed the SSL certificate properly. Click here to report an issue. but successfully configured SSL and accessible via HTTPS on this domain news.friendzworld.com.
Not sure what is wrong here, not able to go to step 4: Always getting Failed to detect a valid SSL certificate. Kindly help on this ASAP

@r2jmail I checked your website SSL cert and it shows you were able to generate a new SSL. Closing the ticket.
Not able to go to step 4 Still, can you help on that
@r2jmail The error message is self-explanatory, it’s not able to detect a valid SSL certificate. Please check with your website host as to why they are blocking installation of the SSL.
@sslzen , Have checked with hosting provider, able to see the ssl is installed successfully and site is working in https mode but not sure why plugin is not able to detect the SSL installed.
@r2jmail You already have an SSL certificate. Our plugin will not work in that case. The reason you are seeing that message is that our plugin did not generate the SSL certificate and hence the message.
I have installed the plugin generated the SSL certificate only, which is present in step3 in my site, I don’t have any other SSL certificate,
Found the issue have rectified it, it work perfectly fine, amazing
