Don’t support multiple services booking backend

    Amelia’s backend (admin panel) still doesn’t support booking multiple services in one appointment — a massive oversight for any salon or service business. Receptionists taking phone calls can’t even book something as basic as a manicure and pedicure together. Only one service can be selected, despite the frontend supporting multiple. This leads to confusion, lost revenue, and unnecessary manual work.

    Even worse, this critical feature has been requested and heavily upvoted for over a year, with zero updates or communication from the Amelia team. At this point, it feels like the plugin is abandoned or stuck in maintenance-only mode. Totally unacceptable for a paid product.

    We understand your frustration, but as you said: booking multiple services is possible on the front-end, which means receptionists can simply use the booking page to schedule appointments on behalf of customers. That’s exactly what many of our users do today. The back-end doesn’t support this yet, but it’s not a blocker if you use the suggested workaround.

    We get that this feature would be useful for you, and you’re right that it’s been requested by others too. We’re currently working on a complete overhaul of Amelia’s back-end, including a redesign and code refactoring. Once that’s ready, we’ll be revisiting several long-standing requests, including this one.

    We’re definitely not in maintenance-only mode — quite the opposite. Updates are coming, and we hope they’ll address many of the pain points users like yourself have raised.

    Also, just a quick note – ww.wp.xz.cn is specifically for the free (Lite) version of Amelia, and per the community guidelines, reviews should reflect that version only. If you’re using the premium version, the feedback is definitely still valuable, but this might not be the best place to share it.
