Sorry to hear that the issue persists.

You can send the system report here in the forums, it does not contain sensitive information, if you would not like to share your URL you can redact it from the report.

You can also paste the system report into a Text file, and add it into a shared folder (A Google Drive for example) then share with us the file URL for some days, and once the issue is resolved you can delete it.
