Don't understand cache preload

    I’m not English and do not fully understand the Cache Preload. I want my pages to be cached only when something is modified because I wil almost never change pages and it’s not possible to leave a reply of any kind.

    Therefore I was thinking to only check the “Preload the post cache upon publish events.” option.

    Do I need “Automatically prime the page cache” when pages almost never get edit ?
