Hi, I can access installs of my users because it’s too dangerous and WordPress community forbid developers to access users’ installs.
Maybe the ideal filename is already used by another file? Did you try to use many different titles? Do you have screenshots of what you are trying to do?

So if I in media files put title theen it will ask me to auto rename title cuz I wrote in title?

It gives me back request cant be loaded..and none pic dont work anymore??

You rewrite the title, the filename is rewritten too, that’s the default behavior of the plugin.

I am not sure what is happening. Check your PHP Error Logs, there might be something happening in there.
Fo me it is also not working. I uploaded pic with a certain file name and just tried to rename it by writing a title with meaning … and nothing happen.
Can you show me a screenshot of the Media Library where we can see the Auto Rename for this file?
Then, can you also check your PHP Error Logs see what happens?
