Hi Jorge,
I looked at your page, and I’m not seeing a section in the HTML with the an ID of “pop”. When you enable the popup and add the popup ID, it should add it as a CSS ID to that section on your page. And I’m not seeing that in the HTML. Can you double check you have the section enabled with the Popup ID of “pop” (so it matches your trigger link)?
If that is enabled properly with the correct Popup ID, then there’s something that’s blocking the plugin from working properly. I know you mentioned that you disabled all other plugins to test for conflicts. Is there anything else running in your set up that could block it from working properly? For example, any performance plugins, or server level performance enhancements?
I’ve set the CSS IDs as explained. I’ll deactivate all plugins, including optimization plugins, and we haven’t made any changes to the server. It’s a website we just created recently, and we haven’t optimized it yet.

Hi Jorge,
Can you try removing the CSS ID and Class from the button, and only keep the #pop in the URL link field? Let us know if that makes a difference.
This solution didn’t work either.
Hi Jorge,
The only explanation is that there’s something blocking the plugin from working correctly. That’s typically another plugin, but it could also be server environment, theme modifications, etc.
When you deactivated all other plugins, did you make sure to clear all caches (including browser cache) before testing?
