    Hi @edhug,

    There might be a conflict with another plugin that generates the error message. Do you have a custom login or account management plugin? Try to deactivate your other plugins and check if the issue continues. Then, activate one by one until to see if one of them might cause this. You can also try to switch to a default WP theme in case this causes the issue.
