Did you configure the MailChimp API key and list id (now audience ID) under the Dashboard > Theme Panel > Integration tab?
Try to use single opt-in instead of the double opt-in if you are using to check the issue.

Yes, I configureted this in the Theme Panel and saved changes but it don’t work.
And I never don’t used double opt-in.
I do not understand the reason problem.

Service started to work. The bug reason is unknown. I writed to the host provider, but they replied that the bug reason is not known.

Hi I Have oceans WP theme, i have created a a mail chimp account,
I Have entered the api info and list ID
Theme panel > Intergrations Tab
For some reason it doesn’t want to work, i do not see any errors. when someone enters there email all it seems to do is refresh the page and nothing is sent through to mail chimp etc.
I have also took the credentials out and it does the same thing.
i am using elimentor editor and when you click the input field it does show edit>> mailchimp,
am i being stupid have i missed something ?
any help would be great thanks
