Yep it seems that fails to calculate the window heigh. Its probably incompatibility with your theme or a plugin you have.
You can’t help me so ?
perhaps with “Kiwi Logo Carousel”

You can try disabling plugins one per one to see which is affecting it. or switch the theme to wordpress default one to see if that is the issue.
That way we can find where the incompatibility issue is

I realise this topic is marked as resolved but I had the same thing happen to me. Turned out I had placed a script in a non-ideal place in one of my page templates!
I realised what had happened as the popups just stopped working all of a sudden and I tracked it down to my mistake.
Interestingly the pop up worked when I used IE (even centered) and it only worked when I used anything other than centered in Chrome.
If the same thing is happening for you, it could be worth checking where your scripts are running.
