Don’t work with redirect link

    Hi,

    This is a good plugin with features. Unfortunately, I notice that it’s not work with redirect link.

    Affiliate link such as:

    example.com/go/External –> External link

    Don’t recornized by the plugin and is marked as internal.

    Would there have a fix for it please?
