    Hello @disruptivesa !

    I hope you’re doing well!

I’ve checked the screenshots you’ve provided and it looks like there still may be some CSS overriding the one added from Forminator. Most likely it’s coming from the theme used on the site – and therefor it will be a site-specific issue.

Would you be okay to share a link to the form so we can take a look and suggest a solution?

    Kind regards,
    Pawel

    Hello Ana!

Thank you! I’ve checked the page and I didn’t notice the issue at all in any of the browsers I tried (Safari, Chrome and Firefox). My teammates also double-checked and they saw only one arrow on the fields as well.

Maybe it’s due to caching. Please see whether the issue occurs when you check the site in incognito mode (when you’re not logged in). In this case clearing all caches on the site may help.

Please also check whether it’s a browser cache issue – doing a force refresh on this page will cause all CSS to be reloaded and may actually fix this. Here’s an article on how to do force refresh on various browsers and operating systems: https://www.documate.org/automation/what-is-a-hard-refresh-how-to-do-a-hard-refresh-in-any-browser/

    Warm regards,
    Pawel
