The issue related to the arrow appearing double on the menu is an issue after the latest theme update. Developer team is working on the fix, and the update will be released shortly. After the release, please update the theme, which will fix the issue on your end.

Can you please share the full screenshot of the page where you have added the menu and it is displaying the double arrow? We tested on our end and found that the menu added at the top bar of the site displayed the double arrow. The issue has been fixed and update has been released. So I request you share the screenshot of the page mentioning the area where the double arrow is displayed on the menu.
The issue has been fixed with the latest version of the Zakra i.e v3.0.0.4. Can you please update the theme with to the latest version and check if the issue gets fixed or not!
