    Dear sirs,

    I’m using the free version of the plugin, I have affiliate links created with “redirect 307”, and all the options selected in the “Advanced” field.

    The problem, when consulting the link reports, I see that 2 clicks are always being counted for the same person who clicks on the link, I don’t understand the reason, both appear with the same Timestamp.

    That is strange in-deed. I would guess perhaps you have some conflict with another plugin on the site.

    If possible, see if your webhost can create a staging site for you (a clone of your real site).

    Then deactivate plugins one-by-one on the staging site, clicking a link in-between each deactivation, until the duplicate clicks stop happening. That will hopefully help you narrow down which plugin might the culprit.

    If you get through all plugins (except pretty links), then you would next need to switch theme’s to a default WP theme like twentytwentyfour to see if it’s the theme causing the issue.

    Let us know what you find out.
