    Your plugin seems to us in connection with the plugin .. Autoptimize to make a double header part ..
    I installed this as a demo on a subdomain .. and then adapted the part around the Header.php (incorrectly) so that you can see it ..
    My header.php from the template looks like this and can then be viewed as HTML under view-source:http://t1.verschickungsheime.de/wp-content/themes/twentytwentyone/header.html in the source text.
    Otherwise I have not installed anything and the page has also been set up again.
