To fix this issue, you need to update the latest OnePress Plus v2.1.8 plugin. Seems that the license key was expired so there are 2 ways for you:

1. You can downgrade the OnePress theme to 1.4.3, use this plugin:
https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-rollback/

2. Renew the license to get updates & support next year.
