    Hi there, I noticed that if lazy loading is not enabled – the images are loaded twice, I have checked with various browsers and page speed tests. If lazyload is enabled then only one version is loaded, like it would normally do with any other gallery plugin.

    Is this intentionally?

    Thank you for reaching out to us!

    We were not able to replicate this behavior on our end.

    It might be an issue caused by a plugin or your theme.

    I recommend installing this plugin: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/health-check/ . After you install and activate the above plugin it has a Troubleshooting mode that allows you to have a vanilla 

    WordPress session, where all plugins are disabled, and a default theme is used, but only for your user – your visitors will still see the normal website.

    Go to its troubleshooting mode and only activate Modula with lazy load off and see if it works correctly with a default WordPress theme (Twenty Twenty-One for example) and no other plugins.
