I’m looking for support in this. I’m having an issue where a CC order results in two order confirmation emails. Additionally, it doubles draws out of our inventory in Woo, really throwing us off. Sometimes even making our stock show -1
In order to troubleshoot this further, please do the following:
Confirm whether this is only happening with WooCommerce Stripe or whether you’re able to replicate the same behaviour with another payment gateway as well;
Share a copy of your status report as found under WooCommerce > Status
Share a copy of any Stripe Logs as found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (Assuming Stripe Logging was enabled at the time of checkout)
Share a copy of the order-notes section for an affect order. These can be found under WooCommerce > Orders > YOUR ORDER > Order notes (On the right-hand side)
