double items in cart

Great Plugin guys have had no problems untill the latest update
Now it adds two products into the basket one with the selected meta and another one without
it also allows you to add an item to cart without selecting an option even tho the fields are a required field
If i enable Ajax add to cart it only adds one product but meta doesnt transfer to cart
