Double language in URL

I have been searching about this, I am using Japanese and English translations, But in my URL I see double language strings for categories (e.g.: myurl.com/en/en/my-category for english and myurl.com/ja/ja/my-category for japanese), Do you have any idea on this fix? I tried toggling some settings, but still no luck.
